HB² PROJECTS recently joined Brooklyn Rail’s New Social Environment (NSE) Program #728 as a lead artist and administrator with Pioneers Go East Collective. In conversation with Rail Editor-at-Large Rev. Dr. Donna Schaper, the PGEC team shared about the founding of their creative arts organization and community-centered programming including the 2023 Out FRONT! Festival, in partnership with The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. The virtual interview concluded with a poetry reading by reed rushes.
